Avi Cohen
CEO
Joining BestTV as CEO in 2007, Avi has over 15 years of experience in launching, developing and managing regional offices of global software companies in both the United States and Israel. Prior to joining BestTV, Avi founded and managed Green Hills Software Israel, a leader in software platforms for security and reliability-sensitive industries.
From 1995 to 2004, Avi served as Managing Director at Integrated Systems Israel. During his tenure, he managed the 1999 local merger with Wind River Israel, a provider of comprehensive software solutions for various vertical markets based on VxWorks and LINUX operating systems. From 1992 to 1995, he was Regional Manager in the Northeastern US at Integrated Systems Inc., a provider of software platforms in the embedded operating system market (pSOS).
Avi holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
Oded Felled
Founder and VP Business Development
Founder and VP Business Development of BestTV, Oded is a world expert in Internet TV. Oded brings to BestTV more than 10 years of experience in high technology and corporate management. Prior to founding BestTV, Oded served as the CEO, Vice President of Business Development and Co-Founder of two technology companies where he managed all corporate activities, and secured over $10 million in venture financing from a number of venture capital and angel sources. He devised several highly successful marketing campaigns and received the "Company to Watch" award at the prestigious Demo 2000 conference.
Oded holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Mandarin Chinese from Stanford University.
Yuval Gliks
VP Research & Development
Overseeing the development, QA, and network operations teams, Yuval has been responsible for the development of BestTV's core technology since joining the company in 2004. He has been developing software applications for over 10 years, with an emphasis on scalable, high-availability services. Prior to joining BestTV, Yuval served as a senior developer of high-availability storage applications at NICE Systems. Prior to NICE, Yuval worked for a startup company developing IP-based call centers.
Yuval holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Management from Tel Aviv University.
